Arrival and transfer
Positioned at the Amsterdam Port Entrance KVSA’s Felison Terminal & Felison Cruise Terminal offers ideal berthing for cruise vessels visiting the ever interesting city of Amsterdam. The centre of Amsterdam is just half an hour away by bus. Of course, there are other reasons why you should choose the Felison Cruise Terminal; The deep water berths at the Felison Cruise Terminal mean that the ship does not have to pass through the locks into the North Sea Canal. This can save up to 6 hours of sailing time and fuel. KVSA Logistics are on hand to provide all the services a cruise ship needs when working on a tight schedule.
The Port of Amsterdam is about to get its first floating bunkering station for liquefied natural gas (LNG). Titan LNG, a supplier of LNG to the marine and industrial markets in North West Europe, has contracted the manufacturing consortium for its FlexFueler001-Europe’s first LNG bunkering pontoon.
AEB Amsterdam, Port of Amsterdam, Senfal and Energy eXchange Enablers will jointly supply ship-to-shore power to river cruise and inland navigation vessels. The pilot project is intended to promote the use of sustainable, locally generated power in the port and to reduce costs.
